Sometimes, it can be hard to look at success and abundance and think that it is within our reach. Depending on what we might be facing at one particular time in our life, abundance can seem within our grasp, or it can seem light-years away. It's all about cultivating the right mindset to see potential everywhere we look, understanding that we are not what our circumstances might lead us to believe. Abundance is for everyone, and Pam Sowder firmly believes that there is more than enough to go around. We just have to think we deserve it. Author and entrepreneur, she explains why abundance isn't reserved for a select few.

Founder of It Works! an almost billion-dollar networking company Pam Sowder has mentored thousands of women over the last twenty years. Known as one of the most influential women regarding social selling, influence, direct sales, and brand ambassadorship, Pam works with women looking to realize their dreams of building their own businesses. "It's crucial to recognize that most rich girls actually started off poor," states Pam. "The difference is the rich girls realized their self-worth and improved upon exactly what was holding them back. Then, realizing they were no longer the victim in their narrative, they took the necessary steps towards seizing abundance for themselves."

Pam understands that abundance is for everyone. However, the issue standing between most people and realizing their potential is a combination of work and self-awareness. "We can't expect abundance to be handed to us," explains Pam. "We have to have a deep awareness of our capabilities combined with the dedication to stay committed and work towards our goals. Nothing comes easy, and while we may get a streak of luck now and again, good luck is a product of hard work." What Pam loves about working with her clients is pulling them out of a deceptive mindset and into the reality that the world is waiting to open up to them as soon as they are clear on their goals.

"We all come from different backgrounds and face different challenges," Pam states. "But abundance is not reserved for a select few. Everyone deserves to live a life in abundance, and while your journey may look different than someone else, it does not mean that abundance and success aren't waiting for you on the other side. Abundance doesn't discriminate. It sees your hard work, your perseverance, and all entrepreneurs know that is at the core of being successful."

A gifted storyteller and compassionate mentor, Pam is incredibly excited for what the future holds for everyone. "We achieve our dreams when we see ourselves for who we truly are and how we can put that forth into the world," states Pam. "Never be afraid to live out your dream. That is your purpose." Hardworking and optimistic Pam Sowder continues to be the driving force behind those ready to seize what the world has out there for them.
