Bigga$tate Is On The Road To Music Success Without a Pen

“Don’t limit the number of opportunities you deserve around the perception of how important you THINK you are.” This is fast-rising rapper Bigga$tate’s mantra, one that governs his life and career. The artist, born Jonathan Henderson, is a self-made independent rapper making waves in the music industry in less time than most musicians do. Abandoned as a child, he raised himself on the mean streets of Chicago, immersed himself in the rap game, and fought his way to the top. Today Bigga$tate is a respected freestyle rapper with many accolades and endorsements from big brands and names. He is the only freestyle artist sponsored by St Louis Cardinals, No Jumper, and Burger King.

Bigga$tate has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry. Shortly after his debut as a professional musician, he was signed to Empire and Sony Records. He fulfilled both deals, garnering over 1M views and streams on his early projects. That caught the attention of other players in the music industry and brought more opportunities Bigga$tate’s way. He was scouted by many brands, including Cameo, a famous faces autograph app, Burger King, Steve Lobel, Lil Dicky, Adam 22, Twista, HAHA Davis, Wifisfunereal. He was also scouted to co-headline with Wild N Out Cast member Royce Bell.

Meanwhile, Bigga$tate was expanding his portfolio, diving into entrepreneurship, and laying the foundation for his empire. He has played an essential role in building independent labels like T1 Entertainment, C2R Music Group, Gold Life Dynasty, Ruby Recordings, and Tha Lights Global label. Fortnite once added Bigga$tate’s dance “switch" into its game, and he also had a small extra role in Netflix's KOFFEE & Kareem. Bigga$tate was on the Fox News list of top 24 entrepreneurs.

As a rapper, Bigga$tate continued growing from strength to strength. Some of his accomplishments include working on projects with Common, Yung Simmie, Gank Gaank, Benzino, Kevin Gates, and Drumma Boy. Bigga$tate was also a Semi-Finalist Of Scott Storch‘s Competition. Later, he co-headlined with Lexy Pantera for Theresa Roemer’s influencer event that was filmed for Bravo TV and A Bang Energy Commercial. Cumulatively, Bigga$tate has sold out over 400 shows worldwide, including two at the SXSW Conference alongside DaBaby and two in Cancun, Mexico, with over 10,000 attendees..

Over the years,100+ brands have sponsored Bigga$tate, including the Livestream app FanpassLive where he is a top Livestream artist. The artist has done a lot for charity, too. He has donated more than $100k to charities over the years and during the pandemic.

Great as his accomplishments already are, Bigga$tate says he’s just getting started. He dreams of expanding his efforts by establishing a co-label under a major label as well as funding foundations to help the homeless. Though he has grand aspirations, Bigga$tate is always reaching for greater things. He says, “Strive to reach for those missions you told yourself were impossible. When you accomplish them, you’ll find the only difference between you and the greats is tenacity.”
